Part 2: Web Mail Structure

  • Please note that the use of the email system is a privilege.  Abuse of the system in the form of inappropriate emails or mass mailings may result in the loss of email privileges.

  • The district Email system is called Web Mail.  It can be accessed through the Internet from anywhere in the world.

  • Review the folder options. The three most important folders for middle school students are described below.

    • The Inbox folder will enable you to see all emails that have been sent to you.

    • The Sent Items folder will enable you to see all the emails that you have sent.

    • The Deleted Items folder enables you to view the items you have deleted.  The district will automatically clean out the deleted items folders on a periodic schedule.  However, if you deleted an email you need, you can check the Deleted Items folder to see if the email is still there.

    • Feel free to check out the other folders, as well.
