Email Rubric

Student B sends Student A a formal email using the Email Etiquette Guidelines discussed in class and presented on this website.  
Teacher Guidelines followed
  • The subject must contain the name of the sender, the date, the period, and the assignment description (Formal Email). - 8 pts.

  • The body of the email must contain the first and last name of the sender. - 2 point

Content Expectations
  • Appropriate for a formal email - 6 points
  • Proper grammar and spelling - 4 points

Student A receives an email from Student B.  Student A replies to the email with an appropriate grade based on Email Etiquette Guidelines. Student A should explain the grade given in the replied email.

20 points

Student B double-clicks on the replied email in their inbox.  Print the replied email and submit the paper for a grade.
